Eligibility

• Applicable only at select retail outlets and 4S channel.
• Applicable only on purchase of 4 or more Assurance Maxguard / SUV range of tyres (excluding R14).
• Valid GST invoice is mandatory for registration; invalid invoices will void registration.
• Tyres must be registered for warranty (WFS); unregistered tyres are not eligible for gift vouchers.
• Claim tyres are not eligible.

Gift Voucher Rules

• Redeemable only once per registered mobile number during the offer period.
• No cash claims by channel partners in lieu of gift vouchers will be entertained.
• GY Channel Partners & Associates are restricted from voucher redemption under this sell-out offer.

Compliance & Audit

• Goodyear India will conduct audits and random consumer calls.
• Malpractice by any channel partner may lead to Debit Note and further action at the sole discretion of the company.

Other Conditions

• Goodyear reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Channel Partner's WFS registrations cannot exceed stock held till offer closure (i.e. Total Purchase since 1st Jan 2026 minus Total WFS registrations till 31st Jul 2026 must not be negative).

Redemption Code
The redemption code will be valid till 15th August 2026.

Voucher Validity
Expiry of the gift voucher will be as per the validity mentioned on the voucher. Vouchers can be redeemed online only. Goodyear India will not be responsible for expired vouchers.

Non-Transferability
Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Limited Stock Clause
Offer is subject to stock availability at participating outlets.

Consumer Responsibility
Incorrect or incomplete registration details will lead to disqualification. Consumers redeeming the gift voucher consent to being contacted by SMS, WhatsApp or Phone Call for feedback regarding the product or the consumer offer.

One-Time Redemption
Multiple vouchers cannot be combined for a single transaction.

Lucky Draw
"Spin & Win" contest is not applicable for consumers participating from Tamil Nadu.

Tax Liability
Any tax liability on the gift voucher redemption or lucky draw rewards shall be borne by the consumer.

Force Majeure
Goodyear will not be liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

Jurisdiction
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi / Haryana.

Goodyear India Limited shall not be responsible for any technical issues, delays or failures at the gift voucher vendor's end. Consumers are requested to contact the voucher vendor directly for resolution of such issues.
