Warranty against Non-manufacturing defects - Limited by kilometres travelled or time period: Most tyre warranties cover a specific number of kilometres for which the tyre is used OR a time period starting from the date of purchase or manufacturing date of the tyre.
Kelly tyres warranty against manufacturing defects: Tyres that are defective due to raw materials used or processes used in manufacturing that cause tyres to get deforme, bulge or crack – without the cause being any external impact or any other external factor.Such cases are covered by the Kelly tyre warranty.
Two years or 50% tread depth Conditional Pro-rata Kelly tyre warranty: If a tyre develops issues impacting its performance before reaching 50% of its tread depth or 2 years from date of sale/manufacture, you may get a tyre replacement at a pro-rata amount payable by you as a price difference based on the tread depth remaining on the tyre subjected to claim under the Kelly tyre warranty.
You must note that warranties usually don't cover damage caused due to punctures, cuts or impacts, incorrect maintenance like using under or over inflated tyres or misaligned tyres. Even overloading, racing, or off-road usage of tyres can impact the claim under Kelly tyre warranty.

- Regular Wheel Alignment and Balancing
Misaligned wheels can cause your tyres to wear unevenly. Similarly, unbalanced tyres lead to vibrations and premature tyre wear. Have alignment and balancing done every 5,000 to 8,000 km or if you notice any pulling or vibration.
- Tyre Rotation
Rotate your tyres every 5,000–8,000 km to ensure all tyres wear evenly. Follow the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended rotation pattern.
- Respect Load Index & Speed Rating
Avoid exceeding the tyre’s load or speed capabilities to prevent structural damage and unsafe driving conditions.
- Visual Checks and Inspections
Regularly inspect for:
- Uneven tread wear
- Cracks, cuts, or sidewall bulges
- Embedded debris or punctures
- Minimum legal tread depth (1.6 mm)
- Drive Smoothly
Avoid hard braking, aggressive cornering, or over-speeding. Gentle driving habits significantly increase tyre life.
- Mind Where You Park
Avoid extended parking on hot tarmac, oily surfaces, or rocky terrain, which can degrade tyre rubber.
