3. Eligibility and Claim Process for MRF Tyres

If you buy a MRF tyre from Tyresnmore, our warranty registration executive will call you, kindly provide the following details for your MRF tyre warranty registration:

• Your vehicle registration number
• Your vehicle’s Brand/Model/Variant (For example: Maruti/Baleno/Vxi or Royal Enfield/Thunderbird/350X)    
• We have the details of your name, tyre size, tyre serial number from your purchase/order documents – these will be used to fill the MRF tyre warranty registration form.

Once the process is completed for registration of your MRF tyre warranty – you will receive communication from MRF tyres directly for the same.

Once registered, you’ll receive confirmation from MRF. To make a claim:

• Visit an authorised MRF dealer with the damaged tyre, original invoice, and warranty card.
• Tyres will be inspected by a trained professional.
• Depending on findings, MRF may offer a pro-rata adjustment.

Note: Tyres worn beyond 50% tread depth are typically not eligible for claim.

4. Exclusions in MRF Tyre Warranty

Warranty claims will be rejected in cases of:

• Intentional or reckless damage
• Tyres with repairable cuts, nail holes, or punctures
• Use in motorsport or off-road conditions (unless explicitly allowed)

5. Types of MRF Warranty Coverage

MRF may offer:

• Standard manufacturer warranty for 5 years
• Pro-rata warranty up to 2.5 years or 50% tread depth, where a portion of the cost is covered based on the wear level

6. Types of MRF tyre warranty

Warranty against Non-manufacturing defects - Limited by kilometres travelled or time period: Most tyre warranties cover a specific number of kilometres for which the tyre is used OR a time period starting from the date of purchase or manufacturing date of the tyre.

MRF tyres warranty against manufacturing defects: Tyres that are defective due to raw materials used or processes used in manufacturing that cause tyres to get deformed, bulge or crack – without the cause being any external impact or any other external factor. Such cases are covered by the MRF tyre warranty.
