MRF tyres warranty against manufacturing defects: Tyres that are defective due to raw materials used or processes used in manufacturing that cause tyres to get deformed, bulge or crack – without the cause being any external impact or any other external factor. Such cases are covered by the MRF tyre warranty.
You must note that warranties usually don't cover damage caused due to punctures, cuts or impacts, incorrect maintenance like using under or over inflated tyres or misaligned tyres. Even overloading, racing, or off-road usage of tyres can impact the claim under MRF tyre warranty.

2. Regular Alignment and Balancing
Every 5,000–8,000 km, get your wheels aligned and tyres balanced to prevent uneven wear and reduce vibration.
- Tyre Rotation
Rotate tyres regularly (every 5,000–8,000 km) to ensure even wear across all tyres.
4. Load Index and Speed Rating Awareness
- Load Index: Overloading stresses the tyre and increases the risk of damage.
- Speed Rating: Always drive within the speed limit suitable for your tyre type. Exceeding it can cause overheating and reduce tyre life.
- Inspect for Damage
Look for cracks, bulges, embedded objects, or tread wear. Replace if the tread is below 1.6 mm or there are sidewall issues.
- Drive Responsibly
Smooth driving habits—gentle braking, gradual acceleration—extend tyre life and enhance safety.
- Smart Parking
Avoid parking on hot tarmac, rough terrain, or oily surfaces for extended periods.
Why Warranty and After-Sales Support Matter
