  • Inspection will be carried out; outcomes include pro-rata credit.

Important: Tyres worn beyond the legal tread limit (1.6 mm) or past 50% tread depth are usually eligible only for pro-rata benefits.

Warranty claims are void under the following conditions:

  • Damage caused by accidents, cuts, punctures, improper maintenance
  • Tyres subjected to abnormal usage such as motorsport events, off-road driving
  • Incorrect tyre storage or mounting
  • Use of tyres beyond specified load or speed ratings
  • Any consequential damage claims (e.g., vehicle damage, towing costs)
  1. Types of Pirelli Warranty Coverage

Warranty against Non-manufacturing defects - Limited by kilometres travelled or time period: Most tyre warranties cover a specific number of kilometres for which the tyre is used OR a time period starting from the date of purchase or manufacturing date of the tyre.

Pirelli tyres warranty against manufacturing defects: Tyres that are defective due to raw materials used or processes used in manufacturing that cause tyres to get deformed, bulge or crack – without the cause being any external impact or any other external factor. Such cases are covered by the Pirelli tyre warranty.

You must note that warranties usually don't cover damage caused due to punctures, cuts or impacts, incorrect maintenance like using under or over inflated tyres or misaligned tyres. Even overloading, racing, or off-road usage of tyres can impact the claim under Pirelli tyre warranty.
