A2: Response times vary based on location, but we aim to reach you within 90 minutes.

A3: Yes, our technicians can provide jump start services in most locations, including parking garages.

A3: Yes, Ambulance Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A4: It’s an assistance service; however, the cost of the ambulance will be borne by the customer

Towing in Case of Breakdown 

Q1: What is included in Towing Assistance?  

A1: Towing Assistance includes transporting your vehicle to the nearest service center or your preferred location in case of a  mechanical or electrical breakdown. 

Q2: How far will my vehicle be towed?  

A2: The distance covered for towing depends on your membership plan. Typically, it ranges from 50 km to 100 km. 

Q3: Can I choose the towing destination?  

A3: Yes, you can specify your preferred destination within the coverage limit.

Q5: Are there any charges for this service?

Hydra and Crane Services 

Q1: What are Hydra and Crane Services?  

A1: Hydra and Crane Services involve the use of heavy-duty equipment to recover vehicles involved in severe accidents or stuck in  difficult terrains. 

Q2: When can I use Hydra and Crane Services?  

A2: These services are available in situations where standard towing is not feasible, such as overturns or vehicles stuck in  inaccessible areas. 

Q3: How do I request Hydra and Crane Services?  

A3: Contact our helpline and provide details of the incident. Our team will assess the situation and dispatch the necessary  equipment. 

Q4: Are there any additional charges for Hydra and Crane Services?  

A4: It’s an assistance service; however, the cost of the Hydra and Crane will be borne by the customer

Terms and Conditions:

1. Cooling off period will be 10 days
2. Flat tyre due to Vehicle parked for more than 10 days at one place and due to non-movement for a long time will not be covered.
3. Services will be given only to any one vehicle of the customer in which he has
   purchased new tyre/battery from Tyrenmore
4. Service under Emergency Assistance/SOS are only assistance services and will be given
   on paid basis to customers

EXCLUSIONS:

1. Any vehicle Tyre/Battery which has not been maintained regularly as per the guidelines of respective car manufacturers and thus is not in a roadworthy condition.
2. Any event where Tyre/Battery breakdown is caused by deliberately inflicted damage, vandalism or participation in a criminal act or offence on the part of the Client.
3. Any customer history where customer has twice on prior occasions misused or abused the services.
4. Any event when the driver of the vehicle is found to be in any of the situations that are indicated below:
   i. The state of intoxication or under the influence of drugs, toxins or narcotics not medically prescribed. For these effects, one is under the effect of alcoholic drinks when the degree of alcohol in the blood is greater than that authorized by the legislation on traffic, motor vehicle circulation, road safety, or similar ones in the country where the incident occurs.
   ii. Lack of permission or corresponding license for the category of the Covered Vehicle or violation of the sanction of cancellation or withdrawal of them.
5. Non Accidental cases of damage to tyres
6. Those accidents or breakdowns that are produced when the Client or the authorized driver have infringed upon the regulatory ordinances as far as the requisites and number of persons transported, weight and means of things and animals that can be transported or the form of handling.
7. Those happening while the vehicle lacks documentation or requisites (including the Technical Inspection of the Vehicles and Obligatory Insurance) legally necessary to circulate on public roads in the country where the Covered Vehicle is found.
8. Any vehicle involved in or liable to be involved in the legal case prior to or post assistance.
9. Those caused by fuels, mineral essences, and other inflammable, explosive or toxic materials transported in the Covered Vehicle.
10. Breakdown caused due to usage of the vehicle for criminal activity purposes.

Adverse weather conditions & Force Majeure:
It shall be our endeavour to support the covered vehicle promptly as per the terms of the program. However, in certain adverse weather conditions such as floods, thunderstorms, heavy rains, and other adverse conditions such as traffic congestion, political movements, civil unrest, protests etc. it may become physically impossible to provide assistance. This may affect our ability and capabilities to promptly support the vehicle though it shall be our priority to support the covered vehicle by all feasible means.

General conditions:

1. Serial no, manufacturer, no of tyres/battery to be part of policy certificate.
2. Any cancellation – Nil refund.
3. Non-transferrable to the new owner of the covered vehicle.
